
Jo Saies
Jo brings over 25 years-experience leading, coaching, training and inspiring people to achieve their personal and professional potential. She has held leadership positions across diverse portfolios including disability, sport, justice, and as Area Manager SA/NT for the Australian Public Service Commission, where she was responsible for leadership and workforce development. Jo’s expertise lies in understanding human behaviour and the drivers which influence motivation, change, resilience and potential, working with her clients to understand and manage the intersection between high performance and wellbeing. Her coaching practice is evidence based, utilising a cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, solution-focused, reflective inquiry framework, and incorporating broader positive psychology and resilience interventions where relevant to the achievement of client goals.
