Our Concierge Services is the only service of its kind in Australia, unique to the Collective, and aligned with our concern for changemaker wellbeing, and vision of eradicating burnout. Here you can find out about solutions available to your organisation, and achieve the change you seek in a more supportive and holistic way. 

While our community of specialists provide traditional consulting and business services, they also have (and are creating) many packaged solutions. This means a much wider array of options available at various price points, packaged in a way that is both convenient and helpful for all involved. There are close to 65 packaged solutions available through our community and growing.

Our Concierge Services help you understand the solutions available to you, or you can search through our custom-built Platform anytime. You can either lodge an enquiry or project with us, or book a consultation with a Concierge Manager, where we listen to your current circumstances, and talk through some of the many specialists and solutions available to support you. There is no obligation to work with us, and we pride ourselves on being a trusted, reliable community as and when needed.

CONSULTATION PACKAGES

Our Consultation Packages are the first stage of our specialist triaging and diagnostic plans, and an area we will grow with partners.

Our Concierge Managers have all spent many years in the sector, have strong knowledge and direct experience in organisational growth and change, and are knowledgeable across the specialists and solutions in our growing community. They work with you to match solutions to your identified needs, budget and timeframes. 

Consultations are 60-90 minutes in duration. The consultation fees cover the costs for us to contract a team of Concierge Managers.

Package A - Starting or Stepping Up

ABOUT YOU & HOW WE CAN HELP 
  • You are establishing or growing a new organisation with a social impact focus,
  • This might be pre-startup (yet to establish the legal entity) through to anywhere in the first 3-7 years,
  • You’re here because you might need one or more supports in the coming 6-12 months and want to work with experienced, caring specialist providers.

In the Collective, we have specialists who can assist you across all facets – facilitating or creating organisational strategy, registering with regulatory bodies, virtual CFO support, brand identity, digital set-up, helping you to choose/ appoint board members, help you to understand compliance or governance requirements, and much more.

BEFORE THE CONSULTATION 

You will fill out a short Intake Survey and provide the relevant information to help us conduct your consultation. This helps us understand where you are on your journey. 

AT THE CONSULTATION 
  • Review your current needs, challenges and ambitions in a confidential supportive way,
  • Identify what supports might be valuable for you over the coming 6-12 months, and discuss some of the specialists and solutions that might be a good fit,
  • The Consultation can be attended by up to 3 representatives from your organisation
AFTER THE CONSULTATION 
  • Within the following week, we will send you a follow up Summary with a list of solutions available to you, based on pre-vetted specialists in the Collective, and/or through our partners
  • If you want to be matched up with the suggested specialists or solutions, we can action your requests. There is no obligation, which is why we charge for the Consult, so our time in providing this service is covered.
  • You can then come in and out of the community as you need us at any time into the future, and we’ll link you with the right support when you need it.
INCLUSIONS & INVESTMENT

$195 (inclusive of gst) 

  • Pre Consultation review of your information
  • 60-75 minute Consultation on ZOOM or Phone
  • A Consult Summary containing a 2-page summary of your needs, and 1-2 pages on suggested solutions and specialists
    (This Consult Summary acts as a Briefing backgrounder for Specialists, once checked and approved by you)
  • Linked to relevant solutions and specialists, at your request
  • Follow up and ongoing check-ins and support
  • Access to all our free programming and supports

Package B - Sustainable Growth

ABOUT YOU & HOW WE CAN HELP 
  • You are looking to review, modify, diversify or expand your revenue streams,
  • You might be the CEO tasked with fundraising and income development, or you might run the fundraising, partnerships or business development team in your organisation,
  • You are here because you want to work in a more holistic and integrated way and find experienced, caring specialist providers.

In the Collective, we have specialists who can assist you across all or any facet – create a first-time fundraising strategy; review results from existing strategies or partnerships; provide skills development and training to your Board or team; develop a capital campaign; add a new stream of fundraising (ie bequests, partnerships, appeals etc); review/advise on CRMs; donor data analysis; adapting your organisational strategy to reflect new income direction or changes/challenges; look at diversifying income or monetising knowledge assets.

  • You have a major project, or major change or challenge on the horizon,
  • This might be related to growth or scaling/winding down, rebranding, developing or launching a new program or service, advocacy, mergers, technology overhaul etc.
  • You have identified that a hand-picked team, and/or multiple specialists will help you achieve this.

The Collective is unique specialist community, where everyone is an independent operator but can work together and with you collaboratively to give you the benefit of a more streamlined, holistic and stronger outcome. We have worked with many organisations over a 6-18 month period where multiple specialists are engaged to support the change agenda. We have specialists across every discipline ranging from Governance, Change Management, Marketing, Finance etc and can help with all or any part of a transformation.
